A draft law has been developed to reduce the term of issuing a permit for exploitation to 15 calendar days
For comprehensive consideration of issues related to investment projects implementation and maximum reduction of deadlines for relevant decisions approval, a working group for development of proposals concerning regulatory acts in the field of investment was established by the order of the Head of Kherson Regional State Administration of May 6, 2020 № 346. The main task of the working group is to simplify conduction of investment activity in Kherson region.
Based on the results of the working meetings, the members of the working group developed recommendations on amendments to some regulations, which were sent to the Office of the President of Ukraine, the Prime Minister of Ukraine and the Secretary of the National Investment Council of Ukraine.
In particular, amendments were made to paragraph 9 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated November 11, 2015 № 930 “On approval of the Procedure for issuing permits for exploitation, forms of permits for exploitation and repealing some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine” with a proposal to reduce the approval period for decisions on issuance or refusal to issue such permits from 30 to 15 calendar days.
Currently, the Ministry of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture of Ukraine has prepared a draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Food Products and Other Sanitary Facilities”, which provides for reduction of issuance period of permits for exploitation to 15 calendar days.
#investinkherson team hopes for the earliest adoption of the draft law.
